Job summary

Eagle Manpower Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is seeking a procurement professional to handle end-to-end purchasing activities in Singapore. You will place and track purchase orders, negotiate terms with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery while addressing delays and quality issues.

You will also source and evaluate new suppliers, nurture relationships with existing vendors, and continuously seek cost-saving opportunities through market research and process improvements.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Place and manage purchase orders based on internal requirements.
• Negotiate prices, lead times, payment terms, and other conditions with suppliers.
• Follow up on order status and ensure timely delivery; resolve delays or quality issues.
• Source, evaluate, and develop new suppliers; maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify cost-effective sources and improve procurement processes.
• Review and manage purchasing contracts and maintain audit-ready records.
