Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing end-to-end procurement in facilities management, food services, data centres, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong supplier negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good commercial acumen with experience driving cost optimisation and operational improvements.
• Experience using ERP systems and preparing procurement reports is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities including sourcing, RFQs, negotiations, and contract management.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and regional suppliers to ensure quality and supply.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support procurement planning and new business initiatives.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvement across quality, service, and cost.
• Support inventory planning and supply continuity while identifying opportunities to reduce waste.
• Analyse procurement trends, market pricing, and supplier performance to drive cost optimisation.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Lead and develop a Procurement Executive while supporting cross-functional collaboration.
