• Devise and drive strategy to manage end-to-end supply chain operations including vendor management, strategic sourcing and category management.
• Lead SCM projects for tender bids, process improvement focusing on efficiency and costs.
• Analyze current approaches to identify opportunities to improve speed, workflows and costs.
• Deliver presentations to stakeholders including senior management.
• Assist with plan, budget and trends of the supply chain as a strategic partner.
• Monitor SCM KPIs and generate monthly activity reports with data quality.
• Develop relationships with Executive management and site leadership, reporting progress.
• Manage and develop talent within the organisation and support continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership to supplier strategy and performance management and drive KPI reviews.
