Job summary

Savills Property Management Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing and procurement activities, develop strategies, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost efficiency.

The role requires 5–8 years of procurement experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial capacity, and familiarity with ERP systems. You will lead a team and collaborate with Finance, Operations, HR and Project Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of procurement experience with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience managing procurement budgets and supplier negotiations.
• Familiarity with procurement systems, ERPs, and contract management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Source, evaluate, and appoint suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability, and service standards.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFQs, tenders, vendor selection, and contract awards.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements to achieve cost savings and value enhancement.
• Monitor market trends and identify alternative source opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Conduct periodic supplier performance reviews and audits.
• Manage supplier contracts and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, disputes, and performance concerns.
• Identify cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and service levels.
• Track procurement spend and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Prepare procurement reports, expenditure analysis, and management presentations.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment to support business requirements.
• Work closely with Sales and Operations teams on demand planning and inventory forecasting.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop appropriate contingency and business continuity plans.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, governance requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Implement procurement controls and risk mitigation measures.
• Maintain proper procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and approval procedures.
• Support audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance purposes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop procurement team members.
• Establish procurement best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Finance, Operations, HR, and Project Teams.
