TDCX, headquartered in Singapore, is seeking a Procurement professional to craft and execute innovative procurement strategies, manage vendor relationships, and drive cost reductions across global spend. You will negotiate terms, compare proposals, and propel efficiency within the supply chain.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree and at least two years in procurement or related fields, with strong English communication and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field and relevant experience considered.
• 2 years in procurement/supply chain preferred.
• Knowledge of contracts, invoicing and negotiation terms.
• Excellent English communication and vendor management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Create and implement procurement strategies that are innovative and cost-effective.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Compare proposals for price and specifications and negotiate costs.
• Lead transformational activities to improve procurement efficiency.
• Evaluate local spend and research developments in global spend.
