Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a Procurement Manager in Singapore to develop and implement procurement strategies across multiple project sites. You will lead a team, streamline processes, and manage supplier relationships to secure cost efficiencies and compliant procurement practices.

The role requires a degree in business or supply chain, 5+ years in procurement with 3+ years in leadership, and strong skills in sourcing, contract negotiation and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years’ procurement experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation and cost control.
• Proficient in ERP/e-procurement systems with analytics and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies, policies and SOPs.
• Streamline procurement processes and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Manage supplier relationships and consolidate demand across sites.
• Lead sourcing, supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Oversee contract renewals and resolve supplier issues.
• Manage procurement budgets and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Conduct market research and supplier performance evaluations.
• Prepare procurement reports and audit documentation.
• Advise stakeholders on procurement policies and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments on planning and inventory.
• Lead and develop the procurement team with coaching and training.
