Job summary

Seatrium Limited is seeking a procurement professional to source materials, equipment, and services for projects across drilling, production, maintenance, and engineering.

You will liaise with internal teams to understand needs, evaluate supplier bids, negotiate terms, ensure HSE compliance, and maintain vendor data. The role requires strong vendor management, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and timely delivery to optimize costs.

Qualifications

• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Process/Marine Offshore/Logistics or related discipline.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in managing contracts for equipment, especially topside, is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source materials, equipment, and services for projects and operations.
• Liaise with engineering, projects, and operations to define procurement needs.
• Evaluate supplier capabilities and bids (technical and commercial).
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules to optimize costs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and HSE regulations.
• Maintain vendor databases and procurement records.
• Track and expedite orders to meet timelines.
• Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation in the supply chain.
• Prepare procurement reports for management review.
