Job summary

Responsibilities

• Source and liaise with overseas and local suppliers with evaluation for quality, service, and price.
• Ensure stock sufficiency by monitoring and replenishing to meet staff, department, and branch requisitions.
• Ensure timely delivery, receipt, issuing and distribution of goods to staff and branches.
• Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders for medical, household, stationery and maintenance supplies.
• Maintain stock accuracy and recording in procurement and general inventory through Info Care system.
• Maintain documentation in line with ISO standards and organizational guidelines.
• Coordinate purchasing and supplies across inter-department, branches, suppliers and contractors.
