Job summary

SEAOWL Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Procurement Operations professional to lead end-to-end procurement activities for EPC projects.

You will manage requisitions to POs, administer contracts, and drive supplier qualifications while maintaining ESG-compliant supplier relations. The role requires 5–8 years in procurement or supply chain within EPC or manufacturing settings, strong ERP (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office skills, and excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• 5–8 years of procurement, expediting, or supply chain experience in EPC/manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and MS Office.
• Familiar with Incoterms, logistics, and customs processes.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement and materials strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Manage full procurement cycle from requisition to PO issuance and ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor procurement performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain documentation and reporting for audit/compliance purposes.
• Lead supplier qualification and evaluation with ESG considerations.
• Track and expedite material deliveries per PO terms and timelines.
• Organize kick-off meetings with SCM, Engineering, QA/QC, and Documentation teams.
• Collaborate across functions to manage schedules and resolve bottlenecks.
