Job summary

hanwha ocean is seeking an experienced procurement professional to drive supplier selection and sourcing for EPC projects in Singapore. You will manage procurement plans, bids, and supplier performance while aligning with project schedules and commercial objectives.

The role requires 10–18 years in EPC procurement, strong leadership, and fluent English to coordinate with engineering, quality, construction, and finance teams to ensure reliable, cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

• 10–18 years of procurement or supply chain experience in EPC, offshore, or heavy industrial projects.
• Strong commercial, contractual, and project execution understanding.
• Demonstrated people leadership and stakeholder management capability.
• Fluent English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Develop procurement plans, sourcing priorities, and execution schedules.
• Manage buyers, package teams, and supplier performance across project scope.
• Lead negotiations, commercial alignment, and issue resolution with vendors.
• Control procurement KPIs, risk registers, and reporting to project management.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, contract requirements, and audit expectations.
• Drive cross-functional coordination with engineering, logistics, expediting, and construction teams.
