Qualifications

• Diploma in SCM or related field required.
• Experience with vendor sourcing, especially for RHVAC components.
• 2+ years in Marine/Offshore industry is advantageous.
• Ability to multi-task and meet quotation submission deadlines.
• Team player, independent, and meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Formulate a vendor management system with an approved vendor list of suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, rebates, and payment terms with suppliers and vendors.
• Broaden the supplier network in local and global markets.
• Source for products and services timely and effectively.
• Expedite orders and monitor delivery to meet clients' commitments.
• Ensure quality and reliability of every purchase.
