Qualifications

Professional qualification in building/construction or facilities management.
Experience in procurement and contracts for non-development projects.
Familiarity with government procurement policies and governance.

Responsibilities

Execute procurement for non-development projects from pre-award to contract closure.
Prepare and review procurement docs and tender materials.
Provide procurement guidance to operational teams.
Manage contracts from pre-construction to final account closure.
Handle variation orders, EOT, loss and expense claims, and closure.
Maintain comprehensive tender and contract records for audit readiness.
Monitor contract performance and mitigate risks early.
Engage stakeholders and document all procurement positions.
Contribute cost data inputs for benchmarking and planning.
Support process improvements to governance and digitalisation.
