Job summary

Amazon Asia-Pacific Resources Private Limited (Singapore) seeks an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of leases and contracts end-to-end within the AWS Global Data Center Supply Solutions team. The role focuses on mitigating financial and contractual risks across Asia Pacific, Japan and China regions, ensuring timely rent payments and contractual compliance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in property/portfolio management, strong communication, and familiarity with lease

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Real Estate or related field.
Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration in industrial, commercial or data center settings.
Knowledge of landlord and tenant codes, commercial law and service charges.

Responsibilities

Independently manage a portfolio of complex leases and contracts end-to-end, including abstraction and verification.
Audit invoices against contractual obligations and monitor payment compliance.
Lead contract abstractions review and refine QC standards.
Maintain site-level data across contract systems to support reporting and leadership decisions.
Build relationships with vendors, landlords, and internal teams; identify improvement opportunities.
