Job summary

mindteck singapore pte ltd in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager – Learning System Projects to lead end-to-end delivery of LMS/LXP initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality. You will work with customers, stakeholders, technical teams and vendors to implement AI-enabled learning solutions, including intelligent search, personalized recommendations, and learning analytics.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in learning/education or related sectors.
• Degree in Project Management or related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of learning development projects, ensuring client requirements, deadlines, and quality.
• Serve as primary contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress.
• Clarify project scope with clients and manage changes.
• Support AI-enabled learning solutions including AI features and analytics.
• Plan and allocate resources to meet project goals.
• Oversee budgets and timelines to ensure on-schedule delivery.
• Oversee QA/testing and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project documentation and provide status reports to management and clients.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned.
