Job summary

Tan Tock Seng Hospital seeks a Senior Executive for Strategic Planning and Performance Management on a 1-year contract. You will support the Corporate Planning Department in governance platforms, organize SMM meetings, retreats, and coordination of leadership events.

Responsibilities include admin, secretariat, and logistical support across SPPM and Corporate Governance teams, ensuring smooth operations and timely deliverables in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Degree holder or fresh graduate from any discipline.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel and AI-tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and secretariat support for SMM.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements.
• Manage logistics, venue bookings, and documentation.
• Assist planning and coordination of the Leadership Retreat 2027.
• Support general administrative tasks and records maintenance.
