Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore seeks an experienced Strategy and Planning professional to shape the company’s short- and long-term goals. You will research, analyse, and prepare presentations for senior leadership to inform decisions.

You will establish KPI frameworks, monitor performance, and report insights. The role includes running planning cycles and governance reviews of new units and clinical services, plus supporting hospital strategy papers and special projects with clinical leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare or related field preferred.
• 5-7 years in strategy, healthcare management, planning or consulting.
• Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; slide design a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape short- and long-term goals and priorities; research and prepare leadership presentations.
• Set up KPIs and monitoring frameworks; report results and insights.
• Run the annual Institution-wide Workplan Cycle and the Senior Management Retreat end to end.
• Oversee governance of new thematic units and clinical services post-implementation reviews.
• Support clinical services strategy papers, pilots, and other duties as assigned.
