Job summary

DAIKIN ASIA SERVICING PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a BSP Executive to support strategic planning, execution and performance monitoring across the organisation. You will work closely with the BSP Manager to research, analyse data, coordinate cross-functional initiatives and prepare reports for decision makers.

The role emphasizes process improvement, performance measurement and continuous improvement to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Corporate Planning, Business Strategy, Project Management, Process Improvement, Analytics or Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience with project coordination, performance monitoring and process improvement.
• Experience in spare parts distribution, manufacturing, logistics or aftersales is a plus.
• Experience in market and business research to support planning and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data and trends, prepare reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Support business reviews and strategic planning activities.
• Coordinate and support implementation of strategic initiatives and improvement projects.
• Track progress, document projects and manage action items for timely delivery.
• Identify risks and gaps affecting outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement.
