Job summary

APPLIED MATERIALS SOUTH EAST ASIA PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a materials planning specialist to optimize production control, inventory, and MRP integrity across manufacturing and engineering teams.

You will release and TECO SAP Production Orders, perform shortage analysis, review ECOs/ECRs, and collaborate in floor audits with Finance to resolve WIP issues.

Strong data analysis skills and Tableau visualization experience are required to forecast spare parts and support continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Production Order release and MRP processes.
• Knowledge of ECO/ECR management and change control.
• Data analysis and forecasting experience, including dashboarding in Tableau.
• Familiarity with inventory optimization and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Plan production control activities and maintain MRP integrity.
• Release/TECO SAP Production Orders to ensure on-time material supply.
• Perform pre-shortage analysis to improve component availability.
• Review MRP execution and reconcile supply and demand; validate ECOs/ECRs.
• Participate in floor audits with Finance and resolve WIP issues.
