Job summary

Qualifications

• Specialize in planning activities involving production control, inventory control, process control, or shop floor control / MRP integrity.
• Maintains SAP work order release schedule to ensure material on-time for manufacturing and engineering; reschedules and completes no-charge jobs as required.
• Data analysis and forecasting – design and develop methods to consolidate and analyze structured and unstructured data; create visualizations using Tableau; utilize Python/SQL.
• Reviews MRP execution and ensures accuracy; reconciles supply and demand; validates master scheduling and ECO/ECRs.
• Participates in floor audits with Finance and resolves WIP issues; prepares status reports on ECOs and ECRs in process.

Responsibilities

• Review MRP execution and ensure accuracy of information; reconcile supply and demand.
• Prepare status reports of ECOs and ECRs in process.
• Attend production meetings and provide status on material shortage commit dates.
• Work with engineers to manage materials for engineering projects.
• Inventory control: analyze usage data and stock levels to meet service levels and forecast spare parts.
• Identify root causes from PCI reporting and drive corrective actions.
