Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Experience in manufacturing, production control, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of SAP, particularly MIGO transactions, is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Respond to ad hoc part status queries from internal stakeholders including Production, Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams.
• Provide timely updates on material availability, inventory status, shortages, and open orders.
• Coordinate and execute Quality Notification (QN) implementation activities with Quality, Engineering and Production teams.
• Perform SAP transactions to support material movements, goods receipts, inventory transfers, and stock adjustments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure project materials are available to support operational requirements.
