Turner & Townsend is seeking a scheduling professional to lead and support the development and maintenance of integrated project schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness.

You will create both high-level and detailed schedules, conduct risk analyses, and drive decisions with cross-functional teams in a complex environment, including data center projects. Remote and on-site collaboration are expected as part of project delivery.

Qualificações

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 5+ years delivering large-scale capital projects across multiple phases.
• Strong expertise in project controls, planning, and construction management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or support development and maintenance of integrated project schedules.
• Create high-level and detailed schedules with assumptions, calendars, and constraints.
• Facilitate planning sessions with cross-functional teams to align timelines and drive decisions.
• Perform schedule risk analysis, contingencies, and mitigation planning.
• Implement and manage schedule controls, progress tracking, and resource-loaded schedules.
• Align schedules with cost estimates and execution strategies with cost/estimating teams.
• Review third-party schedules for alignment with standards.
• Provide schedule performance updates, trend analyses, and scenario planning with dashboards.
• Lead or support project management tool development and process improvements.
• Build executive dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI.
