Job summary

QXY RESOURCES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Planning Lead who will independently steer integrated scheduling across tender and construction phases, advising management on programme risks, progress, and recovery strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

You will develop master programmes, establish WBS, sequencing and critical paths, lead tender programmes, and present logic to stakeholders to drive governance, reporting, and timely decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in construction planning or project controls.
• Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of sequencing, productivity, and contract requirements.
• Analytical thinking and ability to report clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master programmes across projects.
• Establish WBS, sequencing, and critical path for timelines.
• Lead tender programmes, sequencing, and resource strategies.
• Present programme logic to stakeholders for buy-in.
• Provide independent schedule reports for management.
