Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Management, or related discipline.
• 2 years of leadership experience.
• Strong business, financial and analytical acumen.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate organisational objectives into actionable plans.
• Experience in project leadership and cross-functional execution.
• Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans and growth initiatives for Diagnostics services.
• Conduct business, market and operational analyses to identify growth opportunities.
• Lead and support public and private healthcare tenders, including proposal development and costing.
• Work with Finance and service leads to develop budgets and operating models.
• Monitor performance, analyse variances and recommend improvements.
• Develop policies, procedures and internal controls to support operations.
• Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives with timelines and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align teams.
• Prepare business cases, management reports, presentations and dashboards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Facilitate meetings and action plans to ensure follow-up.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
