Job summary

You will drive performance monitoring, policy development, and cross-functional projects, working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Strong business, financial and analytical acumen with ability to analyse performance and variances.

• Proven experience in project leadership, operations management and cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of strategic business plans and growth initiatives for Diagnostics services.
• Conduct business, market and operational analysis to identify growth opportunities and service gaps.
• Lead and support public and private healthcare tenders including proposal development and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance and service leads to develop proposals, budgets and operating models.
• Monitor performance, analyse variances and recommend improvements.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures and internal controls for operations.
• Lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines, stakeholders and deliverables.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align teams with objectives.
• Prepare business cases, management reports, presentations and dashboards for decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, resource planning and cost optimization.
• Facilitate meetings and workgroups with clear action items and follow-up.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across Diagnostics services.
