Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of strategic business plans and growth initiatives for Diagnostics services.
• Conduct business, market and operational analysis to identify growth opportunities and improvements.
• Lead and support public and private healthcare tenders, including proposals and cost analyses.
• Collaborate with Finance and service leads on budgets and operating models.
• Monitor performance, analyse variances and recommend actions.
• Develop and maintain policies and internal controls.
• Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives with timelines and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align teams.
• Prepare business cases, management reports, presentations and dashboards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cost optimisation.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure action plans and follow-up.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across Diagnostics services.
