Job summary

• Ability to drive strategic planning cycles and monitor performance across clusters.
• Strong project and stakeholder management across teams and organisations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to distill complex issues for senior leaders.
• Experience in government/public sector or technology policy environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning cycle, align priorities, resources, and manage risks.
• Develop and review tech workforce and manpower strategies and policies.
• Undertake horizon scanning and labour market benchmarking to detect trends.
• Lead or contribute to cluster-wide priorities, prepare papers for senior management.
