Formación

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in planning, strategy, public policy, manpower analytics or related fields.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with cross-team collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to distill complex issues into clear submissions.
• Experience in public sector or technology industry is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Drive strategic planning cycles, align priorities, resources and manage risks to objectives.
• Develop tools to monitor performance and surface insights for management decisions.
• Develop and review tech workforce and manpower strategies and policies.
• Undertake horizon scanning and labour market benchmarking to detect trends.
