Job summary

IMDA seeks a policy and planning professional to help shape Singapore's ICT workforce strategy within the PSD team. You will translate insights into policy and manpower programmes, strengthening Singapore's tech talent pipeline.

Responsibilities include driving planning cycles, developing tools to monitor performance, and collaborating with government partners to align national objectives and empower Singaporeans in tech careers.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in planning, strategy or policy.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills with cross-agency collaboration.
• Analytical and strategic-thinking abilities to interpret data and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior management and policy papers.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic planning cycles, align priorities, resources and risks.
• Develop tech workforce and manpower policies to keep pace with trends.
• Undertake horizon scanning and labour market benchmarking for insight.
• Lead cross-functional teams and prepare papers for senior officials.
