Job summary

Sport Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to drive strategic planning and capability development for Active Health. The role involves coordinating cross-functional projects, managing budgets, and partnering with healthcare and community stakeholders to scale sport-based health initiatives.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project management, data analytics, and program evaluation, with a track record of leading teams and delivering impactful health

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Sport Science Management, Business Management, or related fields.
• Strong familiarity with strategic planning and budgeting cycles.
• Good project management, cross-functional coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with healthcare sector knowledge and partnership management.
• Knowledge in data analytics, programme evaluation, and research design.
• Comfortable with handling numbers and dashboards for reporting.
• Experience in supporting capability development initiatives and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute Active Health's strategic planning processes and work streams, gathering insights from ground operations and stakeholder engagement.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and monitor KPI reporting to senior management and funders.
• Oversee budget utilisation and resource allocation with finance and strategy teams.
• Support communications planning for media features and enquiries on Active Health.
• Manage day-to-day engagement with healthcare, industry and community stakeholders.
• Assist in designing upskilling pathways and industry capability development plans.
• Support evidence-based decision-making through data analysis and dashboards.
• Expand Active Health footprint in community spaces with program scaling.
