Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Sales Executive in Singapore to drive growth within the pharmaceutical ethical sector. You will visit customers, plan calls, and ensure KPIs are met while maintaining professional relationships and confidentiality.

You will support the Sales and Marketing teams with forecasts and execution plans, submit timely reports, and identify opportunities to grow the territory through data-driven insights and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications

Degree in any relevant field.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the pharmaceutical ethical sector.
Strong business acumen, negotiation and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and uphold private and confidential information.

Responsibilities

Regular visits and follow up to customers in assigned territory.
Pre-call planning and implementation to ensure KPIs are met.
Timely submission of all necessary reports and documentations as per required.
Assist Sales and Marketing team in developing sales execution plans and forecasts.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with timely service support.
Provide territorial sales forecast on a monthly basis.
Identify and propose sales growth opportunities and analyze customer data.
Gather market intelligence on customers or competitors.
Manage ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
