Job summary

The role requires 2–3 years of pharmaceutical ethical sales experience, degree in a relevant field, and strong business acumen with independent work capabilities. Forecasting, market intelligence, and collaboration with Sales/Marketing are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2–3 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical ethical sector.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Regular visits and follow up to customers in assigned territory.
• Pre-call planning and implementation to ensure KPIs are met.
• Timely submission of all required reports and documentation.
• Assist Sales and Marketing in development of sales execution plans and forecasts.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction with timely service support.
• Provide territorial sales forecast monthly and identify growth opportunities.
• Gather market intelligence on customers or competitors.
• Manage ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
