Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 4 years of experience in customer service, project coordination, client services or related function.
• Professional Project Management Qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate projects from award through completion, ensuring timelines are generated, monitored and tracked.
• Attend client meetings, teleconferences and audits; generate required project documentation.
• Receive, monitor and manage client texts, materials and information for on-time delivery.
• Forecast revenue and manage project milestones; mentor junior PMs and coordinators.
