Job summary

Consilio, LLC in Singapore is seeking a People & Development Consultant/Associate to support recruitment, development, engagement and retention of the lawyer and consultant population across Singapore and Asia.

Reporting to the Head, People & Development, you will attract and select high-performing lawyers and consultants, manage talent pools, and oversee onboarding, immigration and governance while delivering operational support to client solutions and the Singapore business.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, or professional services.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and resourcing across Singapore and Asia.
• Screen, shortlist and interview lawyers and consultants.
• Maintain CRM and recruitment records; build talent pools.
• Support onboarding, employment passes and regulatory processes.
• Provide client solutions and business support to Singapore team.
