Job summary

Ant Group Singapore is seeking a Head of Strategic Projects to lead identification, development, and execution of long-term strategic partnerships that unlock new revenue streams for the bank.

This entrepreneurial role sits at the intersection of strategy, business development, and product innovation, owning the pipeline from scouting through negotiation and launch, while coordinating with product, risk, legal and technology teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy, business development, corporate development, or partnerships in digital banking or fintech sectors
• Proven track record of originating and closing complex revenue-generating partnerships or deals
• Experience navigating regulated environments and working with risk/compliance/legal teams

Responsibilities

• Scan the market for embedded finance, open banking, and fintech opportunities
• Originate, structure, and negotiate long-term strategic partnerships
• Own the full partnership lifecycle: sourcing, due diligence, contracting, and post-launch governance
• Coordinate across product, engineering, risk, legal, and finance to move partnerships to launch
• Prepare board-ready materials on partnership pipeline and performance
