Visa is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Regional Merchants & Co-brands, handling complex enterprise accounts and multi-market deals. You will engage senior executives and coordinate across cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Based in the Singapore Market Support Centre, this role supports Visa's merchant ecosystem growth and may require business travel. In-office presence is required three days per week as directed.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in account management, partnerships, go-to-market, consulting, product management or commercial strategy.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills; able to translate inputs into clear recommendations, frameworks, and action plans.
• Demonstrated experience working across cross-functional teams and engaging with stakeholders from different business units and markets.

Responsabilités

• Identify and execute partnership opportunities with Regional Merchants to drive growth across Visa's various business verticals.
• Develop and execute partner roadmaps that address customer needs, solve business challenges, and support Visa's growth objectives.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to accelerate implementation, commercialization, and market expansion initiatives.
• Lead commercial negotiations, renewals, and business expansion opportunities.
