Zusammenfassung

Novartis Pharma Schweiz is seeking a seasoned professional to identify and assess cross-country commercial partnership opportunities and to support governance and decision forums. The role focuses on evaluating strategic fit, partnership ecosystem health, and ensuring alignment with Medical Affairs and Legal policy requirements.

The ideal candidate has 8–12 years in partnerships within pharma or life sciences, with exposure to regional operations and strong P&L analysis capabilities, and

Qualifikationen

8–12 years of experience in commercial partnerships.
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences environments.
Exposure to regional or multi-country commercial operations.
Experience supporting partnership governance and approvals.
Strong ability to analyze financial and P&L impact.

Identify and assess commercial partnership opportunities across countries and geographies.
Support countries in prioritizing the most viable partnership options.
Evaluate strategic and commercial fit based on portfolio and market needs.
