Job summary

Mummys Market Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven sales leader to head a revenue-generating team in Singapore. You will drive strategic accounts, translate targets into action, and deliver reliable forecasts while coaching team members to close deals independently.

Responsibilities include building a regional sales plan, managing senior client meetings, and coordinating across marketing, operations and finance to fulfil commitments and secure repeat business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record leading or coaching a revenue-generating team.
• Proven ability to win strategic accounts and improve sales performance.
• Strong consultative selling, commercial negotiation and senior stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team to deliver project revenue and exhibitor acquisition targets.
• Translate commercial goals into clear account ownership, weekly sales actions and reliable forecasts.
• Develop a team that can close business independently.
• Build the sales plan by category, account and salesperson.
• Maintain a personal pipeline of strategic accounts and lead senior client meetings.
• Drive qualification of pipeline and ensure forecast accuracy across the team.
• Coach salespeople through joint calls, proposals and objection handling.
• Recruit and onboard team members with HR and develop sales playbooks.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations and finance to deliver commitments and secure repeat business.
• Report revenue, forecast changes and risks to leadership with clear owners.
