Job summary

Ingram Micro in Singapore is seeking a senior business development professional to grow HPE networking partnerships and drive revenue across SMB and Commercial segments. You will own distributor-level planning, activation, and enablement while collaborating with HPE, resellers, and internal teams to seize growth opportunities.

You will focus on business development, pricing, inventory, and product lifecycle, using market data to guide decisions and strengthen HPE Networking positioning.

• Experience in business development, sales, channel management or IT distribution.
• Strong commercial and business development mindset.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Able to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Grow HPE partner relationships and business opportunities.
• Drive HPE Networking GTM strategy, partner development and revenue growth across SMB and Commercial segments.
• Own the distributor-level business plan, including portfolio growth, partner activation, sales enablement and pipeline development.
• Collaborate with HPE, resellers, sales teams and internal functions to identify and execute growth opportunities.
• Focus on business development and commercial growth, while working with Product Management and Operations on pricing, inventory, and product lifecycle.
• Track business performance and provide updates on revenue, pipeline, margin, partner growth and key initiatives.
• Use market data to support smart business decisions.
• Lead competitive and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and strengthen HPE Networking positioning.
• Joint business planning and engagement with HPE, including quarterly priorities, programs, incentives.
