Job summary

The SupremeHR Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive in Singapore. The role focuses on identifying and pursuing new partnerships with corporate, government, institutional and international partners from a base in Punggol.

You will build a healthy pipeline, conduct market research, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customised education and industry solutions. Strong CRM skills and 4+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Minimum 4 years in business development, account management, partnerships or corporate engagement.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage contacts and pipeline.
• Experience supporting corporate events, workshops or stakeholder engagements.
• Experience in digital marketing or lead generation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities with corporate, government, institutional and international partners.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners and key stakeholders.
• Conduct market, industry and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Follow up on leads, proposals and partnership discussions to support revenue generation.
• Attend external meetings, networking sessions and industry engagements with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with faculties and internal teams to develop education and industry solutions.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations and other partnership materials.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor the business development pipeline.
