Job summary

Boys' Town is seeking a Community Partnerships Executive to support partnerships, donor relations, and fundraising initiatives in Singapore. You will help secure sponsorships, coordinate events, and manage donor data across CRM platforms.

Responsibilities include maintaining corporate and volunteer relationships, reporting income/expenses, and promoting fundraising activities. A degree in a relevant field and strong communication skills are required to drive strategic impact for at-risk youth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to develop basic graphic and promotional materials.
• Database management and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Partnerships Manager in securing sponsorships for major fundraising initiatives through proposals, grant writing, and sponsor research.
• Coordinate fundraising events and manage annual initiatives such as Flag Day, Charity Dinner, and fundraising appeals.
• Track Community Partnerships income and expenditure in line with plans and strategy.
• Ensure compliance with fundraising policies and regulatory requirements, including reporting to IRAS, MSF, the Charity Portal, and NCSS.
• Maintain donor and fundraising records in CRM and related systems.
• Maintain and develop the portfolio of corporate and volunteer relationships to maximize income.
