Boys' Town in Singapore seeks a Community Partnerships Executive to grow funding through donations, sponsorships, and events, while maintaining donor and volunteer records. You will support major campaigns, manage partnerships, and ensure compliant reporting to authorities.

The Community Partnerships Executive supports the organisation's strategic partnerships function, contributing to the growth and sustainability of funding through donations, sponsorships, fundraising initiatives, and community events.
A core responsibility of this role is the accurate and maintenance of stakeholder records and data, including corporate partners, individual donors, and volunteers. This ensures strong relationship stewardship, reporting accuracy, and informed decisionmaking.

A. FUNCTIONAL
Fundraising
Support the Community Partnerships Manager in securing sponsorships for major fundraising initiatives through strong proposals, grant writing, and targeted sponsor research.
Support a range of fundraising events and manage key annual initiatives, including Flag Day, Charity Dinner, and fundraising appeals.
Support in the tracking of the Community Partnerships income and expenditure budget in alignment with departmental plans and fundraising strategy.
Carry out assigned work in compliance with the fundraising policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including timely reporting to IRAS, MSF, the Charity Portal, and NCSS.
Support fundraising administration, including donor correspondence, acknowledgment letters, and the maintenance of accurate donor and fundraising records.
Partnerships
Maintain and develop the existing portfolio of corporate and volunteer relationships.
Provide strong account management to maximize income for Boys' Town.
Support the retention strategy of corporate supporters and grant-makers.
Promote Boys' Town fundraising and communication activities to relevant corporate partners.
Support in the management of volunteers deployment.
Donation Process
Be proficient in CRM systems, including Salesforce and other relevant software, to maintain the benefactors database effectively.
Extract, analyse, and manage donation data from multiple giving platforms, such as Giving.sg, Give.Asia, and other digital donation channels.
B. DEVELOPMENT
Represent the department when nominated to participate in project meetings.
Represent the organization when delegated to participate at external meetings.
Communicate partnerships related briefings and announcements to the organization.
C. ORGANIZATIONAL
Professionally represent Boys' Town with volunteers, benefactors, government bodies, and the public to participate actively in all fundraising activities as well as any other commitments that Boys' Town undertakes.
To work in close collaboration with other staff, departments and components of Boys' Town.
To report to the Diretor of CP and Marketing or anyone designated and communicated to you during the course of your employment.
The Executive Director and or his/her representative may assign other duties that are within reason for the operation needs of Boys' Town.
Qualifications
Knowledge of partnership development and fundraising practices.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
Understanding of relevant industry and market trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to develop basic graphic and promotional materials.
Database management and data analysis skills.
Average Qualifications & years of relevant experience
Degree in Business/Social Sciences/Arts or other relevant degrees.
At least one year or more relevant experience in the social service sector (position offered may be dependent on level of experience)
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-starter and dynamic.
Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, flexible and team player.
