Job summary

FootballPlus Ltd. is seeking a Partnership & Fundraising Executive in Singapore to help build and maintain donor and corporate partner relationships, execute fundraising campaigns and events, and support grant search and administration.

You will report to the Managing Director and contribute to fundraising outcomes at an operational level, with some evenings or weekends required for events like Game Changer.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of fundraising, partnerships, sales, or related relationship-driven role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, comfortable drafting donor-facing materials and speaking with corporate contacts.
• Well organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple donor relationships, deadlines, and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support development of relationships with corporate partners and individual donors to grow a pipeline of supporters.
• Research and track new donor prospects and grant opportunities from foundations and government funders.
• Prepare grant applications, letters of inquiry, and donor proposals with guidance and manage deadlines calendar.
• Support planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and events, including Game Changer, coordinating logistics, outreach, and follow-up.
• Help prepare funder reports and acquittals with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain donor and partner records in CRM with gift acknowledgements and correspondence.
• Draft donor communications such as thank-you letters and campaign content in FootballPlus' voice.
• Represent FootballPlus at donor meetings, site visits, and events as needed.
