Job summary

Taptap Send is building a new institutional payments business, expanding cross-border money movements to institutional clients including crypto exchanges, fintechs, MTOs, and corporate treasury teams. You will own a pipeline of institutional partners from first contact through to live deployments.

You’ll work with trading and ops to structure deals, coordinate with internal teams to align product priorities with client needs, and manage the BD lifecycle end-to-end in a fast-growing fintech

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in BD, partnerships, or sales within payments, crypto, or FX.
• Existing network across crypto exchanges, MTOs, or EM fintechs.
• Comfortable selling a technical product to treasury teams, CFOs, and heads of payments.
• Organised, self-directed, and able to work with minimal support.

Responsibilities

• Source and close new institutional partnerships across crypto, fintech, and payments.
• Manage the full BD cycle: outreach, qualification, negotiation, onboarding handoff.
• Represent Taptap Send at industry events and build profile in target segments.
• Translate client needs into product and corridor priorities with internal teams.
• Maintain a clean pipeline and report to senior leadership.
