Job summary

Public Service Division in Singapore seeks a strategic Policy & Promotion professional to boost trust in Singapore’s standards and conformance ecosystem. You will lead mindshare initiatives, engage industry and government partners, and translate insights into actionable communications and outreach strategies.

You will plan targeted campaigns, build cross-sector relationships and drive measurable impact for national priorities in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or experience in business strategy, economic development, industry development, marketing, communications, policy or related disciplines.
• Ability to use research, stakeholder insights and data to develop strategies and translate them into actionable communications, promotion and engagement initiatives.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize insights into recommendations and actionable plans.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging partners across the public and private sectors.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes within timelines.
• An interest in Singapore’s economic development and a passion for supporting industry growth through a strong Standards and Conformance ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Mindshare Strategy to strengthen awareness of Standards & Conformance among businesses and stakeholders.
• Lead research to assess perceptions, gaps and factors influencing awareness and adoption of S&C.
• Translate research into strategic priorities, audience segments and recommendations for communications and engagement.
• Develop measures to track awareness shifts and adjust initiatives for greater impact.
• Build relationships with companies, trade associations and government agencies to promote Standards and Conformance.
• Plan and execute targeted communications, outreach and promotional initiatives to support mindshare goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance trust in Singapore products and services.
• Work across teams to align mindshare initiatives with national economic objectives.
