Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a capable professional to support the Standards Division in its digital transformation, serving as the interface between business users, IT teams and external solution providers to drive standards modernization.

You will coordinate system improvements, onboarding, access management and pilot projects around SMART Standards, AI and LLMs, engage vendors, identify digital use cases, and assist in project and change management activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, enterprise systems, business analysis, product management, technology implementation or digital innovation.
• Experience working across business and IT teams to implement or enhance digital systems.
• Experience engaging technology vendors, solution providers or system integrators.
• Experience in Agile delivery, user acceptance testing, change management or digital product implementation would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the Standards Division in implementing its digital transformation efforts by serving as the interface between business users, IT teams and external solution providers.
• Coordinate with IT teams on system improvements, testing and issue resolution.
• Provide business support to users, including onboarding, access management and responding to enquiries.
• Support pilot projects involving SMART Standards, AI and Large Language Models.
• Engage technology vendors and solution providers to evaluate emerging digital standards solutions.
• Work with industry stakeholders to identify and develop digital use cases for standards.
• Conduct environmental scanning on international developments relating to standards digitalisation and digital standards.
• Assist in project management, stakeholder engagement and change management activities relating to the Division's digital transformation efforts.
