Qualifications

• CPA or CA qualification with a business degree.
• Minimum 8 years in FP&A, management accounting or business partnering.
• Experience in operating expense management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Proficiency in financial planning and reporting systems (TM1).
• Experience in regional or multinational environments.
• Excellent English communication and leadership abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead the planning and forecasting for underwriting operating expenses; ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
• Consolidate country submissions; ensure robust assumptions and alignment with objectives.
• Analyze expense trends, variances, and key drivers; provide insightful commentary.
• Prepare management reports and presentations for senior leadership.
• Support country finance teams on expense reporting guidance and best practices.
• Drive expense transformation initiatives with process improvements and automation.
• Standardize end-to-end expense processes across Asia Pacific to centralize activities.
• Collaborate with Controllership for accurate accounting of expenses, accruals and reclassifications.
• Support ad hoc analysis and strategic projects related to expense planning and cost transformation.
• Mentor and develop finance analysts to foster continuous improvement.
