Job summary

Chubb Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Regional FP&A Manager to lead planning, forecasting and reporting for underwriting operating expenses across Asia Pacific.

You will partner with country finance teams and regional product managers, providing insights into cost drivers and driving expense transformation initiatives. This senior role requires CPA/CA qualification, 8+ years in FP&A or management accounting, strong analytical skills and the ability to manage stakeholders and drive process

Qualifications

• CPA or CA qualified with a business degree.
• At least 8 years of FP&A, management accounting or business partnering experience.
• Experience in operating expense management, budgeting and forecasting preferred.
• Strong proficiency in financial planning and reporting systems.
• Advanced Excel and TM1 experience.
• Experience in a regional or multinational environment.
• Staff management experience.
• Excellent English communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and forecasting for underwriting operating expenses with scenarios.
• Consolidate country submissions and align with business objectives.
• Analyze expense trends, variances, and drivers; provide insights.
• Prepare management reports for senior leadership.
• Advise country finance teams on expense reporting and best practices.
• Drive expense transformation via process improvements and automation.
• Standardize end-to-end expense processes across Asia Pacific.
• Work with Controllership for accurate accounting of expenses.
• Support ad hoc analysis and strategic projects on cost transformation.
• Mentor and develop finance analysts.
