Chubb Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks a Divisional Finance Officer to lead the financial management, planning, and analysis for the P&C division in APAC.

This role partners with divisional leadership to drive financial performance and ensure regulatory compliance across GAAP, IFRS, and statutory accounting. The successful candidate will oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and the preparation of financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses for senior management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of financial management experience, preferably in insurance or P&C.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and statutory accounting.

Mansioni

• Lead the development and execution of financial strategy for the P&C division in APAC.
• Oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to senior management.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and operations to align financial and business goals.
• Develop pricing models and reserving practices; monitor controls and compliance.
• Partner with regulators and auditors to ensure timely statutory filings and regulatory submissions.
