Marina Bay Sands is seeking an Executive Director of Interior Design to lead luxury interior design across the portfolio, partner with consultants, and drive CAPEX planning and design excellence. The role requires strategic thinking, budget awareness, and senior stakeholder engagement in a global context.

The position oversees design briefs, space planning, and the development of standards to ensure award-winning interiors that align with brand requirements and operational needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in interior design or architecture; accreditation preferred.
• Proven leadership experience on luxury resort/large-scale projects.
• Experience delivering complex design processes and coordinating with consultants.

Responsibilities

• Focus on elevating Design Excellence and luxury design through project deliverables.
• Support CAPEX initiatives, long-range planning, and space planning/design initiatives.
• Collaborate with consultants, internal teams, and operations to meet design objectives and timelines.
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance asset value, design quality and delivery efficiency.
• Mentor partners and manage relationships with stakeholders to maintain design standards.
