Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking to understand underlying issues.
• Good project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of organisation development, change management, and culture-building concepts.
• Familiarity with public governance principles.
• Experience with staff engagement, pulse surveys, and data insights is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic planning to anchor OD efforts to SWDA's long-term direction.
• Ensure OD interventions align with SWDA's mission and operating context.
• Translate priorities into coordinated OD plans, change initiatives and capability-building.
• Drive organisation development to strengthen effectiveness, culture and ways of working.
• Diagnose issues using data and stakeholder insights; propose practical interventions.
• Design and implement OD interventions including organisation design, culture-building and change management.
• Develop frameworks and tools to strengthen alignment and readiness for change.
• Collaborate with Strategic Comms and HR to communicate priorities.
